Etergo - Initial investigation into legal action

For the last couple of weeks, a small group of investors worked behind the scenes on a comprehensive file with all necessary documentation regarding the Etergo - Ola transaction. The file is now ready to be shared with a specialized lawyer in The Netherlands, which we have identified and have had contact with already.

The first step for the lawyer is to go through the file and decide how to organize the subsequent legal action. He is willing to do this for a cost of maximum EUR 4.000,-. Once the assessment is complete, we will know what the next steps will be.

So if you are as puzzled as we are about  the sudden sale of Etergo, and feel like things smell ‘fishy’…..then please contribute and let’s get to the bottom of this! Your contribution is absolutely voluntarily yet necessary for success. A pro-rata contribution is deemed ethically appropriate. And in case of any overfunding, this will go directly towards any next step.
