Help Shelby get to MD ANDERSON

Shelby went in for appendicitis and found out she had a large malignant mass on her adrenal gland. Shelby is not only a wonderful mother, a strong willed fighter, but she is a compassionate friend to anyone she has ever encountered. I have never met someone more selfless, and deserving of a beautiful life. Shelby has stage 3 neuroendocrine cancer metastasis to lymph nodes. She had open surgery in September and they had removed the 11cm tumor but it had already metastasized through her lymph nodes. Neuroendocrine cancer is very rare and only makes up .5 percent of all cancers. With a 67 percent five year survival rate at her current stage. She is currently going through chemo and is now working two jobs to pay what her insurance does not cover at MD ANDERSON. She needs her own treatment accustomed to her genes and body to fight this rare disease. Shelby is also high risk of developing a second cancer as she goes through this. Her insurance will not be covering most of the medical bills she has and will be receiving, and it is a heavy burden no one mother at the age of 27 should have to carry. Please donate and support this fight and help give her the gift to watch her daughter grow up.
