In loving memory of Ethan James Tabe

Hi everyone, my name is Logan Devine, I have created this go fund me on behalf of the Tabe family, as they have quite a bit on their plate at the moment, and I am trying to alleviate some of the stress off the family whilst they organise the funeral for our beloved friend, Ethan. The money raised will be transfered directly to the family’s nominated account to cover the cost of the funeral and living expenses for Sam, Ethan’s mum until she is ready to get back into work.

We are heartbroken to share that on the 24th of January 2025, We lost our beloved Ethan in a tragic accidental drowning on the Murray river in Barooga, NSW.

Ethan was only 22 years old. Ethan had his whole life ahead of him. He was a beautiful, precious young man with a heart of gold. He was funny, loving and a gentle soul. If you needed help with absolutely anything, Ethan would be the first person to lend a hand. He absolutely loved life, embracing every moment he could. He was a fantastic young man with great morals. He loved camping, and being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and playing videos games in his spare time.

He recently got a car which he worked very hard to get, He was a shift manager at his job which he loved and was a genuine young man who loved his family and friends. He was planning with his mum, to go halves on buying a home for himself and his mum to live in.

Ethans very unexpecting passing has left a huge void in our hearts, and he will forever be in our memories.

We are coming together to help support his mum during this incredibly hard time. We are trying to raise some money to help her out with the funeral expenses and providing her with some time to grieve and heal from the death of her only child.

Instead of sending flowers, we are asking if you could please consider making a donation.

The funds will be given directly to Ethans mum, Sam, to try and help alleviate some of her financial burdens to help ensure she doesn't need to return to work as a disability support worker too soon, and before she is ready.

Our world has been turned upside, and we really don't know what to do, or even think. Ethans passing has affected so many of us, and will affect us for years to come. He was taken way too soon, and no mother should have to bear that.
