Ethan McGill funeral expenses

My name is Kathleen and my best friend just lost his 17 year old son to suicide. We like to think as parents that we would know if our children were having a hard time in this world, but that is never the case. Losing a child is devastating, but losing a child to suicide is absolute torture. They will never be the same again.

Please if you can spare, considering donating to this heartbroken family. They have so much pain as well as a 6 year old daughter who needs every second with her parents. Funerals are not something young parents necessarily save for so if we can do anything to alleviate the financial strain for them, we would all really appreciate it.

Charles McGill, Ethan’s father, was born and raised in New Paltz. At 19 he left for the coast guards and was sent to Alaska where he found the love of his life, Tasha. They soon brought little Ethan into this world and were such AMAZING parents! Chuck always made sure he was an active parent, as he did not have any relationship with his own father. As his friend I can’t even imagine what they are going through. We are not supposed to bury our children! So please I plead for any relief we can offer him and his family in this horribly dark time.
