On Wednesday, June 29th, 2022, Ethan was involved in an accident at work. Since then, he has been fighting a tough battle, undergoing surgeries to repair damage to internal organs, as well as many broken vertebrates in his back. As a result of his injuries, there is lower-body paralysis. Ethan has a long road ahead of him and will need support from family, friends and the community to heal from this tragic event, both emotionally and financially. Ethan is a hard-working and caring young man who enjoys hunting, fishing, racing, working land on the family farms, and spending time with family and friends. He is dedicated to his job and always gives his best effort in all that he does. Even during the most challenging times, Ethan is concerned about others and puts their needs first. His family is working to ensure his needs are taken care of now and in the future so he can continue to do the things he loves so much. Ethan and his family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the outpouring of support from friends, extended family, and his family of co-workers at Bassett Mechanical.
