Ethan’s Funeral Expenses

Hi, my name is Heather and as most know Malinda and I have been practically family for many years, I am also godmother to Ethan. Ethan is 17yrs old and a very outgoing young man. He also gives the biggest hugs telling you to bring it in or his phrase “who loves ya and gets the biggest smile” on Saturday may 20th in the early morning hours Malinda found Ethan unresponsive. He was med flighted to Saint Mary’s hospital in Rochester MN where he’s getting the best medical, the doctors gave Malinda and Darren an update than he will continue to stay in a medically induced coma for now as they run more testing. They have also stated Ethan will have some brain damage but, to what extent they don’t know right now. They told her he would be on the ICU for awhile and have a long road ahead of him for recovery but to what that means they’ve not gone into detail. Malinda herself has had some medical issues and needs Darren as close to her and Ethan for support for as long as possible while Ethan is in the ICU. Both taking time off work will be rough financially meeting bills but also gas parking and meals is going to start taking its toll on finances. I’m hoping with this fund raiser we can lessen the burden for them even if it’s $5-$10 it will help a bit.
