Ethan's Mental Health Emergency Relief
Donation protected
Hi, My name is Catie Sabin. I have an amazing 16 year old nephew, Ethan Wagner. On May 5th, Ethan felt that his time on this earth was done. His struggle with his mental health took over in the biggest way. He was driving his car at dangerous speeds and crashed it into a tree. God, Jesus or someone was watching over him, because he walked away from that accident with just a few scrapes and bruises. After this he spent 2 ½ weeks in a mental health facility.
Ethan is a wonderful and smart young man and has the kindest heart. He helps out at home a lot and helps to care for hid dad whom is disabled. In his free time, his passion is music. He plays the guitar and the drums and hopes to someday make this his career.
His mother and my sister, Melissa is the money maker of the family and cares for everyone. The past couple of months have been very difficult for the family as there has been a lot of stress and events happening. Melissa is one of those people that will care for everyone and everything before ever thinking of doing anything for herself.
I thank God every day that Ethan is still with us. Now that Ethan is safe and on his road to improve his mental health, the bills will be starting to come in. There is not a more deserving family of some help during this time. If you can donate even a dollar she would appreciate it. If you can't donate and you live in the Grand Rapids area of Michigan, maybe you can mow the lawn, clean the house, or make a meal. Another thing you could do to help is send a card of encouragement to Ethan in the mail. As another person who struggles with severe anxiety and depression, encouragement from others and knowing I'm loved always helps. Ethan, we all love you so much and we are all here for you.
