Help Bambi Stand On Her Own

Hi my name is Bambi and I'm raising funds to help support me financially as I regain my stability in the midst of working three new jobs.

After losing my job I’ve been having trouble landing a new one for the past 6 months. During that time I was making barely enough to sustain myself on top of these past few months being the worst and most challenging on my mental and physical health due to the strain. I cannot begin to describe the anxiety and relentless shame spiral I began to put myself through because of it. I felt ashamed, as though I deserved to feel this way and that time couldn't solve my wounds. Strength for me never meant leaning on others but relying on myself, however I've come to realize that there is strength in asking for help.

It’s taking incredible vulnerability for me to share this situation publicly because as my close friends know, asking for help isn't my forte. However I feel hopeful that through support from my community I’ll be able to cover expenses such as the back rent that I owe and upcoming bills for the coming weeks months as I work my new jobs to help further support myself.

This is a very unexpected situation and I hope that my story reaches the right people and that you’re able to help a black trans person
