Eudora's Community Owned Grocery Store

My name is Terence Drew and I am a native of Eudora, Arkansas. I am a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Texas. My Mom resides in Eudora and serves on Eudora's City Council. I along with 2 of my High School classmates (Otis Jones and Sammy Johnson) are the organizers of this Crowdfunding Campaign. There are also a host of volunteers who are assisting with this fundraising project such as Pastor Erma Toney, Juana Thomas-Scott, Juanita Burton, Valorie Scott, Helen Lewis-Scott, etc. Otis Jones, who is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, is authorized to transfer funds from the GoFundMe account to Eudora Restoration, Inc.'s bank account at Southern Bancorp located in Eudora, Arkansas. The funds raised will be used to purchase the old Sunflower Grocery store ($98,000) and the additional funds will be used to renovate the Sunflower Grocery Store after it has be acquired. We the organizers of the Crowdfunding campaign are committed to return the donated funds to each donor if for any reason, the Sunflower Grocery store is not acquired. Once the Sunflower Grocery Store has been acquired, we will launch a new Crowdfunding campaign if additional funds are needed to renovate the newly acquired store. Please note, once the Sunflower Grocery Store is acquired, all remaining funds will be used to open the Community Owned Grocery Store.
