Hi, My Name is Bobbie Browne, I am Eugene Neff's Pastor and friend. This Man and His Wife Judy, are one of the most Amazing couples I have ever met. This couple is always helping others. Whether its cooking or cleaning, or Eugene doing Automotive repairs for hundreds of us here in Washington County for years, to Eugene working on Homes for people in his neighborhood. Now these kind folks need our help. Eugene suffered a severe Stroke recently and is not able to work. The Doctor bills are stacking up, He has many health issues as a result, and is still recooping.
