Eugene's Emergency Fund

Those who have ever met Eugene Efuni will say, "He is a Prince among men"... I couldn't agree more! So full of life... so full of wonder... so full of knowledge and warmth... He is loved and adored by all! Today, he is fighting for his life after a horrific New Year's morning accident in Los Angeles with three of his girlfriends that were visiting from the Ukraine; Liza, Natasha and Inga. All four are lucky to be alive, but are all in various conditions at the time. Eugene is stil unconscious, having undergone multiple surgeries, but is seemingly putting up a big fight! Liza has broken everything from head to toe, but she is conscious as she prepares to go on the operating table again and again in the coming days. Natasha has regained consciousness today and is lucid, but her fight is just begining. Inga also awoke today and is doing better, but as with them all - it's a very long road ahead.

This Campaign is aimed at easing some immedaite expenses for Eugene, his distraught parents and family, as well as the  3 girls and their families, some of whom are currently on the way to Los Angeles from Ukraine.  We are talking every day necessities that need to be taken care of while they remain in this condition. I have made Eugene's brother Sergey the benefitiary and together we will help ease this time for Eugene's family and those of the girls.

May this be a lesson to us all! This could have been any one of us in that Uber on that fateful morning. Next time someone you know tries to get behind the wheel drunk... remind them of this...
