Help Jeanette with emergency shelter
Donation protected
On the afternoon of December 29th, a home in Birch Grove Community in Marquette exploded. The damage extended to several homes on either side, including Jeanette's. Jeanette was just getting back on her feet after having several important repairs done to her home and was looking forward to a happy and safe 2023. In a moment, her life changed. Her home is damaged beyond repair; she now faces the new year without many of her belongings, and more importantly, without a home. With no insurance and on a fixed income, the outlook for 2023 has turned very bleak.
I only met Jeanette recently but you can always tell when you meet a good, kind person. Without a doubt, Jeanette would be there to help others. Please consider donating to help Jeanette get back on her feet. Funds raised would go directly to Jeanette to replace belongings and help her find immediate shelter while she looks for long-term housing. Let's show Jeanette what an amazing community we have and rally behind her during this difficult time. Thank you!
