Eulalia DePrins: A Heartfelt Goodbye
Donation protected
Tragically, on Christmas Day, December 25, 2024, my mother, Eulalia (Lalin) DePrins, passed away from a heart attack. My mother did not have any heart-related illness. She was born with cerebral palsy, hearing loss (which eventually became deafness), and other multiple medical conditions. As a result, her body could not withstand the heart attack. Despite extraordinary efforts made, she passed away.
Now, my brother and I are left handling the arrangements for her last wishes. My mother did not have any life insurance. We now find ourselves not only dealing with the emotional toll this unexpected tragedy has taken but also struggling with how to obtain enough money to give her a proper goodbye.
She was a good woman who deserves her last wishes to be honored. She did everything to improve her health. She ate well and exercised regularly. Just recently, she had a reverse shoulder replacement to increase the mobility of her right arm.
Our mother was forced to retire years ago because of her health. She has since been on a fixed income and had many expenses related to her illness. Because of this, there are no savings to help with her last wishes expenses.
Because of this, we’ve started this fundraiser in the hopes that we can raise enough to cover her funeral costs. Our family would be so grateful for any donation, no matter how small.
Thank you in advance for your love, support, and contribution.
