Help me get brain surgery

Hello, my name is Cheyenne I’m 25 years old for the past two years I’ve been dealing with a mysterious health issue and no one could find what’s wrong with me. I ended up losing my car and can barley work. After hundreds appointments, hospital visits and thousands of dollars later i asked my doctor to run this one test that finally found the problem. The doctors finally found a brain tumor which normally isn’t the first reaction you get but it was one step closer to feeling better actually knowing the problem. Now that we know the problem and how to fix it the only problem is i can’t afford the procedure and time off. Anything anyone can do would be greatly appreciated so i can finally be healthy again.
