In the heart of Gaza, where fires still burn and smoke fills the sky, thousands of families live in constant fear. We live under constant threat, where each day presents a new challenge for survival. The children, innocent souls who have only known war and destruction, are the most affected.

My name is Mahmoud Qishta, I am 34 years old. I married my beloved wife, Hanin, after a love story, and we have four children: Adi, Rahaf, Hanin, and Mohammed. I lived for ten years in one room, working tirelessly to build my apartment, which has been severely damaged. I don’t know its current state as it is in Rafah, where we were displaced from, and my tears fall as I think of it. I have been displaced four times, and now I live in Khan Younis in my in-laws' bombed and uninhabitable house because I don't have the money to buy a tent.

Hanin gave birth to our son Mohammed during the war after suffering from malnutrition while pregnant. She went into labor in the middle of the war, and I took her to the hospital amidst bombing and terror. Thankfully, she gave birth to our son with difficulty, but safely.

We are here to ask for your help in raising funds to evacuate from Gaza to a safe place where children can grow up and live in peace, where families can rebuild their lives far from war and fear. I want to raise funds to protect my children and evacuate to a safer Egypt. I need $20,000 for the evacuation.
