Hello, my name is Ehab, and I am fundraising to help my family evacuate the war zone in Gaza to Egypt. I live in Sweden and work in the emergency department of Malmö SUS Hospital. In Gaza, I have 17 family members (parents, 2 sisters with their families, and 1 brother with his family). We come from the northern part of Gaza Strip, Gaza City, and our family homes have been totally or partially bombed down. My family have fled the northern part to the southern and have been displaced to different locations almost 5 times. Currently, they are all homeless in Rafah city, the border town to Egypt, and living in inhumane circumstances in tents with a lack of all essential means of life (electricity, water, food supplies, and medications).

My parents home before: It was a warm home full of love, laughter, memories, happiness, sadness, big moments and small ones.

My parents home after: No one with heart can bear the amount of deep sorrow we all feel seeing this total destruction of my parents home who never harm anybody in all their lives.

I have been waiting with a lot of worry, sleepless nights, and sustained anxiety for the war to stop, but as we all see now, it's just progressing.

To cross the border from Gaza to Egypt via Rafah border crossing point, you need to pay 5000 USD for every adult and 2500 USD for every child. Calculating the total cost for 9 adults and 8 children, it becomes 65,000 USD.

Personally, I have been helping them financially as much as I can since the beginning of the war to support the cost of life means, but I cannot afford these substantial amounts to get them out of the war zone in Gaza.

Your help is greatly appreciated, and if there were any other ways in my hands to help them, I would not resort to fundraising, but it's really the last resort for us.

All money raised via this platform will be delivered by me personally to my family members in order to cross the borders, and in case there are any extra amounts, it will help them in starting up a new life in Egypt.

أنا اسمي ايهاب وانا اجمع تبرعات من اجل التمكن من اخراج عائلتي من الحرب فى قطاع غزة الى مصر. أعمل كطبيب فى السويد واعيش بها منذ عام 2011. فى غزة لدي 17 فردا من عائلتي المقربه التي تتكون من والدي واختان وأخ وازواجهم واطفالهم . جميعهم نزحو من مدينه غزة الى اماكن متفرقه 5 مرات وانتهي بهم الامر الان فى مدينه رفح الفلسطينيه على حدود مصر. بيوتهم جميعا تدمرت ويعيشون جميعا ظروفا صعبة جدا فى النزوح وقله اساسيات الحياه من طعام وشراب, كهرباء ودواء.

لقد عانينا الامرين من القلق المستمر منذ اندلاع هذه الحرب وكلنا أمل على ان نتتهي هذه الحرب ولكن علي ما يبدو هي مستمره..

حتي يتمكن أهلي من العبور الي مصر يجب دفع مبلغ 5 الاف دولار امريكي لكل شخص بالغ و 2.5 الف دولار لكل طفل وبالتالي يجيب دفع 65 الف دولار امريكي حتي يستطيع جميع افراد العائله من العبور الي مصر , 9 بالغين و 8 اطفال

لقد قمت بشكل مستمر بمساعده أهلي منذ اندلاع الحرب ماديا ومعنويا ولا زلت وساستمر بمساعدتهم فى تحمل نفقات الحياه الجديدة فى مصر , لكن هذا المبالغ الكبيرة المطلوبه لعبور الحدود لا استطيع ان اتحملها كفرد

كل مساعده لا تقدر بثمن فى هذه الظروف ولكم جزيل الشكر والعرفان عليها ولو كان عندي اي وسيله اخري لما اظطررت لجمع التبرعات لانقاذ حياه افراد عائلتي
