Evan Dishion, MD Family fund for Chloe Grace

Donation protected
With much sadness and a heavy heart, we would like to let the community know that we have lost the kind and warm soul of Evan Dishion. He was a loving father and a caring husband to his 3-month-old daughter Chloe and wife Amy Dishion. Evan graduated from Creighton Medical School in the spring of 2021 and was in his second year of residency with the Barrow Neurological Institute. Originally from Salem, Oregon, Evan came to Phoenix to become a neurologist. In his career as a medical student and resident physician in Phoenix, he was known for his dedication to his patients and his kind and hard-working character in the hospital and clinic. At home, he was supported by his wife Amy, his steady rock and the new stay-at-home parent for their little family, and uplifted by the recent birth of his daughter Chloe. Evan had always wanted to be a father and worked incredibly hard to provide her with all the love and security he could give. His passion for his wife and precious daughter lit up every room he was in. We are all at a loss for words and don’t know how to ask for help, but if you would like to contribute to his funeral services and the financial needs of his wife and baby daughter, anything helps, even by sharing. All proceeds will go to funeral expenses and family needs. God bless you all.

Note: Friends set up this fundraiser on behalf of the Dishion Family, and all donations will go directly to Amy and Chloe Dishion.
