Supporting the Stricklands

Hello Friends and Family,

My name is Courtney Jones and I am developing this page on behalf of lifelong friends to Kristin and Evan Strickland. Our friendship with the Stricklands extends well over 25 years. We have experienced numerous milestones together and have amazing memories that will last all of us a lifetime. Our beloved friend, Evan Strickland, devoted father of two beautiful children, Camryn (5) and Austin (3) and husband to Kristin Strickland, unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 24, 2023.

Evan loved his family and loved his friends. He cherished his time on the golf course with close friends and those who knew him appreciated his competitive nature. For example, he would hang out for hours playing rock, paper scissors or a simple game of high card, just because he wanted to win one last time! Evan is a graduate of the University of Texas and loved the Longhorns. He was also part of Beta Kappa fraternity and loved his fraternity brothers like family. Evan was known for his sense of humor. He loved his wife, Kristin and loved making her laugh. His children were his biggest treasures and we know he would want them to be taken care of even when he can’t be here with us.

In an effort to support Kristin and her children, Kristin’s lifelong childhood friends want to help ease some of her future financial burdens.
