I am reaching out today to request your support for my aunt Evangeline Castro, a 55-year-old single mother, and her three children are facing a crisis that they need help to overcome.

My aunt has been battling a rare medical condition that has left her unable to process food or even liquids. She has lost a significant amount of weight and is currently hospitalized. The situation is heartbreaking as she tries to eat but can't keep anything down.

Adding to their distress, the hospital is refusing to discharge them due to outstanding medical bills of more than 300,000 pesos. The family simply doesn't have the means to cover this cost.

My Aunt urgently requires surgery and a series of tests to properly diagnose her condition and receive the necessary treatment. The medical expenses are piling up, and she is unable to afford them.
