My good friend Penny Lee McHugh, Is compiling a group of testimonies to form a pamphlet./handout for evangelism. Here is her vision.

"I love street ministry, sharing the saving grace of God through Jesus Christ, but it would it's so much better to leave people with living proof - personal testimonies. Everyone loves s good story! Many voices with different stories but the same message about a loving God who helps in times of need and who satisfies the lonely, joins us in our suffering, etc. speak volumes to the downcast. Jesus knows all about everyone and has been through everything we've been through but without sin and lives to tell his story through us. Jesus could have gone on scott free without us, returned to his Father in heaven and called it a day. But instead, he sent us a helper so we could join him on the other side of our troubles. Everyone's experience with God increases in value when it's shared. I do not like to walk away from people and leave them empty handed. The more testimonies I have, the more people are reached because some testimonies resonate better with some than others. The gospel never changes and as different as we are, our experience is uniquely common to others. Help me! is the cry of every human heart whether we know it or not. Testimonies from many sources help people understand that it's ultimately only God who can help when push comes to shove. The harvest is great but the labourers are few. I am also doing this for me so I feel the presence of everyone who has submitted a testimony out on the street with me.
