Evee's Private Autopsy

On March 1, 2019, Sweet Evee Gayle Clobes passed away in her sleep.  She recently had her 6 month well baby check and a perfectly clean bill of health.  At that appointment she was given the routine 6 month injections and tragically passed away 1.5 days later.  

An autopsy was performed and the toxicology report was negative so the cause of her death was initially labeled "undetermined".  After multiple requests for all of Evee's tissues to be released to the private neuropathologist, the county medical examiner decided to amend the death certificate to list "positional asphyxia" as the cause of her death instead, and without any new evidence to support it. 

A private neuropathologist found a cellular infiltration of histiocytes in Evee's hippocampus, but needs the remaining tissues and organs for further analysis.  The county medical examiner has stated that she will only release some samples (not full organs), and mentioned that, by law, she can hold onto the remaining tissue blocks indefinitely. 

Multiple new experts(pathologists, attorneys, etc...) are now on Evee's case.  This is all very complicated and very expensive, yet organized completely.  Evee's mom, Catie, is in the battle of her life.  She will get answers.
