Evelyn Griffin Hodgkin’s Lymphoma fund
Hello everyone,
As many of you may know, and for those of you who don’t, I was recently diagnosed with cancer. Stage-4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, which is a rare cancer in the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is part of the immune system that produces infection fighting white blood cells.
I received this unfortunate news a few month’s back, but I have been reluctant to share it on such a broad scale. Initially I intended to keep this between my family and closest friends. But I have reached a point where I feel open to speak out about it.
I have been undergoing chemotherapy every 14-days, and fortunately my body has been responding well to treatment thus far. With all of the treatments, test, labs, co-pays, and medication comes a ton of costs. Since my chemo is more intense due to the stage I am in, I am unable to work or continue my usual day to day activities.
There is a lot going on in the world right now, much of which requires a lot more attention and contributions. But I am here humbly asking for your helping hand in my time of need. Any donations are very much appreciated. Thank you all.
Many thanks to my family and friends who have been here during such a difficult time. All ofyour love has kept me going!
