In memory of my grandma, Evelyn Nichols

My grandmother Evelyn Nichols passed away very unexpectedly on the night of December 23rd. I have set up this fundraiser in order to help my family pay for all of the funeral expenses.

My grandma, my Maw Maw, loved her daughter and her granddaughters so unconditionally, and she was always our biggest cheerleader. She was there for every game, meet, play, holiday, everything. It will be so hard coming home to a quiet house without her watching game shows on the television or doing a crossword puzzle. My Maw Maw was there for my entire life, and there is a big hole in our hearts now that she is gone.

Times have been extremely tough for my family this year, especially now during the holidays. Money has been pretty tight, and we appreciate all the help we can get. We never expected to spend this Christmas without my grandma. Evelyn's brother, Dr. Steve Eddy also passed away a couple weeks ago, so things have just been very melancholy lately; we never anticipated having to go through another family death so soon.
