Everett needs surgery

Darrell and I decided to make a go fund me because on Thursday Dec. 8th our son Everett fell off of the swings at school and landed on his face. His front tooth came out and got smashed back up into his gums causing his adult tooth to push up into the facial bone which is fractured also. We have been referred to a oral surgeon that doesn't accept our insurance. I have tried to find somewhere that takes our insurance but unfortunately I cannot find a different oral surgeon that will take our insurance. I even tried uic in chicago where they referred me and i literally cannot get ahold of a person. so we are stuck with paying out of pocket. They gave us a quote of 1000 so we are trying to raise the money to get it done. Seeing that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away that's challenging to come up with by the 23rd of the month. Any help would surely be appreciated!
