Everyone's Playground

The East Penn Township Recreational Complex, located in Selinsgrove, PA, is undergoing a complete makeover.  As part of that upgrade, an All Inclusive, Barrier Free, Playground has been created to accommodate children and other individuals with special needs, disabilities and challenging life altering conditions.

Everyone's Playground is designed so that children of all abilities can play along with siblings while being provided positive and healthful challenges at individual developmental levels.  Parents who may also be disabled will now have the rare opportunity to interact with their children on an unencumbered and fun basis.  The overall goal of the Playground is to provide a safe play space where children can grow and learn through physical, sensory, and social experiences.  Physical play benefits a child's health.  Spending time stimulating their senses helps children develop cognitively, linguistically, socially, emotionally, physically and creatively.

Everyone's Playground will be the first of its kind in Pennsylvania and is state of the art in terms of creativity, innovation and construction.  One hundred percent of all donations go directly to the Playground and are tax deductible.
