Everything is Gone. It all Molded within hours!

We left home Saturday morning. When we returned that evening, this is what we saw. There was mold everywhere and on everything. Our air conditioning unit went out the day before. The Industrial Hygenist has stated this catastrophe happened because of a faulty air conditioning system that led to very high humidity. That plus the heat gave us the perfect storm. In the video you see us trying to collect some of the mold to have it tested, before I hired the professional. Feel free to skip the first 2 minutes of the video. You can also tell I was moving stuff out and trying to toss things away but it was already too late. We called ServoPro to see what could be salvaged after getting the recommendation from the Industrial Hygenist. The rough estimate is a little more than $60,000 (not including our clothes) to have everything cleaned. The townhouse complex refuses to help with the financial situation their mold caused. They have not given a reason as to why they will not help. The law states they are supposed to but they still refuse. It was 25 days before the complex even allowed us to sign a new lease for a different townhouse. This put me out of work for nearly a month as I work from home and my computer is currently growing. Meanwhile, I still needed to pay for the hotel stay (sans the 4 days the complex paid for starting on day 13 before they canceled our room and which practically left us homeless), food daily, and normal expenses that most of us don't think about like toiletries. We have started trying to replace the things we had but it has become very expensive. We don't have beds including the specialized one for my daughter's medical condition, dining chairs, desks, supplies including those for school, hangers, shoes, a legitimate bathroom set, or even mezuzot! We created an Amazon list for anyone that may want to contribute. We take things off as I have been purchasing items. However, we were told by a few friends and Channel CBS 6 some people would feel most comfortable donating finances. The list contains only necessary items and 2 wants each from the children. We are literally starting over from zero. Every bit counts right now.
More of the story airs on channel CBS 6 this Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
This is the Amazon list. It changes almost daily as things are purchased or added. Beds especially the ones for the children particularly the specialized one to help my daughter are priority.
