Everything Lost in Pincher Creek Fire!

I am seeking some assistance for my brother who's apartment burnt to the ground early Saturday morning. 

He was thankfully safe at work at the time but lost literally everything he owned. As a type one Diabetic with Celiac Disease, he has high medical expenses and very strict dietary needs. 

We are currently unsure of what his future holds, as he has a strict budget and we want to ensure he finds an appropriate housing situation that will meet his needs and budget. In the mean time, I want to be able to assist him in recouping at least the essentials while we sort out his long term situation. As in so many of these circumstances, he had no insurance so anything would be amazingly helpful to him at this time.
