Eviction - Left apartment

This is an update and a time-line

I'm currently back in Los Angeles CA. I'm staying at a shelter until 7/30/2024 ... I need your help to secure housing after that

2019 to 2020 - My Trump Supporter Boss believed that Covid was a political Hoax and did not follow State mandates. We had an outbreak at the office and I got infected in December 2020 before the vaccines

January 2021 - I returned to work after the acute infection.

March 2021 - I developed symptoms of long-covid and was bedbound for a year and a half. I lost my job and was on short-term disability (EDD) for one year until that ran out.

2022 - My mother was diagnosed with cancer so I sold my car for her because she moved to Mexico and was new there with no insurance. with that and some help, I was able to cover her surgery. However; I was left with no car and no income because short-term disability only covers one year.

2023 - Eviction protections ended and I started to fight my eviction in court by myself.

2023 - I moved out and was staying at a hotel. The building I moved out of was sold and I talked to the new owners and said that I would pay them as soon as my SSDI was approved. I moved back in.

2023 - The storage place where I had my Motor Home actioned it, so I lost it because I needed to raise 2000 in storage fees owed, and I only raised 500. I could not get it out.

2023 Denied my claim because of lack of proof. The question that they use to qualify you, ask only how much you can lift etc. They don't ask you for how long you can lift that weight or what happens to you after. The SSDI qualification questions are obsolete and do not consider PEM or Dysautonomia. This needs to Change.

2023 - I appealed the SSDI decision and I lost for the reasons mentioned above

2024 - Another eviction moratorium ended and I was evicted. I am out of my apartment, permanently.

The Eviction is because I Lost my Job when I got sick with Covid December 2020. My Social Security Disability is still Pending and currently, I have no Income.

Because I was behind in Rent and the Eviction Moratorium expired on March 31 2023 I was served with With Eviction summons. After going to court several times I was able to delay action for 60 days but that is up.

The judgment says that I have until July 30 when the sheriff will lock the apartment. However, I need to start moving my things before that because, with my #LongCovid situation, I can't carry everything in one day. So I need to move things a group of items at a time for several days.

I Urgently need funds to get a temporary place to stay while I make it to Oregon
