Eviction Threat After Job Loss

In May 2024, I was let go of my job at a company. Between a hostile job market and my flailing health, it took me until December 2024 to match with an amazing company for which I start work on January 6th.

After draining my savings and 401k to stay afloat, I am in need of assistance.

My apartment complex, that was once understanding of my situation and entered into an agreement with me regarding my rent, is no longer and is threatening eviction after the new year.

These funds would go strictly toward my rent and any excess toward my utilities.

I just need help to get by. Please know this is my last resort.
