Evie-Kate’s final Chapter

On the 31st August our families worlds become shattered as we lost our beautiful Evie-Kate. Suddenly, she took a turn where she decided her fight was over and she left earth side to gain her angel wings. She fought for 10 years with a disease called SMARD type 1, whilst faced with many obstacles, and being told she would only live till 2 she defied every single odd ever thrown at her and lived life to the full. Evie Kate was the centre of our family, the legend of alder hey, and everybody’s favourite eyebrow dancer. She has inspired not only our family but people across the world. Family, friends and followers of our beautiful Evie-Kate if you would like to donate to Evie’s final journey it would be greatly appreciated.
