Evolution Charity Cup 2024

The sixth Evolution Charity Cup will once again run at Merewether beach on Friday 8th March 2024 as an integral part of Surfest 2024.

Evolution Advisers previously sponsored SurfAid and raised over $120,000 for the not-for-profit humanitarian organisation and The Mark Hughes Foundation raising $350,000 to assist with the funding of important research in the fight against brain cancer. In 2023 we joined with Hope in a Suitcase raising over $50,000 for this important local organisation. For 2024 we will continue supporting Hope In A Suitcase with a goal to raise $100,000 to help to continue to empower the lives of children entering out-of-home care throughout 2024 and beyond.

As per previous events, the 2024 Evolution Charity Cup will again be a tag team event with each team made up of employees, associates and connections of the business registering and putting their name behind their team. Each team registers to battle it out in the fundraising stakes and in the water, with prizes awarded not only for their surfing ability but also for their ability to raise funds before they hit the waves.

The Evolution Charity Cup organisers believe the 2024 Evolution Charity Cup is an opportunity to combine business and pleasure with the added bonus of supporting Surfest and a very worthwhile local charity.
