Help Patti with medical expenses

Hi my name is Kristi Kosik and I am raising money for my friend Patti McKeown. On November 24th, Patti fell and shattered her right leg. Not only did this shatter her leg, this has shattered her life during this past month. She was in the hospital waiting for swelling to go down before they could do any surgeries at all. They moved her to a nursing home for a couple of weeks, all while she was unable to move, get out of bed, etc. She has had to lay flat on her back. Last week they were able to finally get the surgery completed. Unfortunately she will once again have to go back to a nursing facility until she can learn how to be mobile and live on her own. This money is being asked to help out for out of pocket expenses that are going to occur because Patti is a school teacher and teaching is her life, and she has devoted over 30 years influencing the lives of many children. She is a selfless and caring person and gives way more than she receives and needs a little help due to a traumatic leg injury. At this time Pattis recovery is going to be very extensive, and she will have many on going expenses when she comes home to make her home accessible for a wheelchair, and expenses to go to and from appointments.
