Medical Supplies for Ukraine

As part of my training and participation in the Air Force Marathon this year, I want to help raise money for those suffering in Ukraine.

All proceeds will be donated to Direct Relief to support their Ukraine Relief effort, and any donation will help make an impact. War in Ukraine has killed thousands and injured untold more, while millions of Ukrainians have been displaced. Direct Relief is a recognized international partner of Ukraine’s Ministry of Health and supports several groups in Ukraine and regionally with requested medical aid—including trauma kits, cancer drugs, insulin, antidotes used in chemical attacks, and more.

As some extra motivation for you to donate, I have come up with some entertaining incentives for your donations (suggestions for more incentives are welcome!):

For each $10 donation you can add a song to a Spotify playlist that I will force myself to listen to while training and running the marathon

For each $20 donation I will send you a sweet printed photo of the Blue Angels from an Airshow or entertaining/funny image of me post-training runs/post marathon

For each $30 donation I will draw you a picture with my run map of your choosing

For each $50-100 donation I will 3D Print a kit card of the MiG-29 in honor of the Ghost of Kyiv

As training continues, I will continue brainstorming more incentives, and I hope to bring in some other runners to help spread the word. You don't necessarily have to take advantage of the incentives, but please indicate in your donation which incentive you'd like to participate in!
