Support Matt's Road to Recovery

On Monday, March 11th, Matt Blakely suffered from a traumatic workplace accident. This life threatening medical emergency has left him in critical condition with an open brain wound, severe compound fractures to the skull, and a shattered nasal cavity. Matt will undergo a major surgical operation this weekend to repair his face and skull, and will require a long road to recovery. While there are still many unknowns, the surgical team, Matt’s family and most importantly Matt remain hopeful and confident that he will have a full recovery.

Over the coming weeks, months and perhaps longer, the Blakely Family will continue to face many unforeseen expenses as a result of this tragic accident. We are asking for your support to help raise funds for the family as they endure the process of Matt’s recovery. The days ahead will present many challenges, but there is one thing that we all know: Matt is an incredible person with tremendous strength and resolve. He will navigate this adversity with determination, likely using humor as his number one ally. With your support we hope to make this process as easy as possible for Matt and his family.
