Exert Performance

Exert Performance is a sports training program that works with 60+ youth throughout the Phoenix area.  Our mission is to reshape the way society views the modern day athlete. We use sports as a vehicle to mentor and  teach young people the life lessons they will need to become successful, both on and off the court. This is accomplished through skills training, meditation practices, travel club teams, after school programs and volunteer work. 

We are asking for your support to help Exert Performance accomplish its mission. All funds that are donated would be used for community outreach, training equipment, travel expenses, and tournament fees. Any amount donated is helping to better the lives of our youth. The young people we serve deserve the opportunity to learn the importance of hard work, in an environment that is designed to nurture their mental and physical health.
