Hello, my name is Kiko and I live in Canlaon in the Philippines.
I have a dream that the people around me will have opportunities to succeed and to use their skills within the community.
There isn't enough work for all the brilliant minds that I meet, so I have an idea.
Kiko says "Hello I hope you have a productive day,
I'm writing this and sending to those who are willing to help to make this world a better place , I wanted to share this to you I've been saving money for 3years to make my project which is School of Hope.
I will tell a short stories why I came up to this idea.
When I was in school I'm very not good in academics, I have this classmates and schoolmates that are very knowledgeable and intelligent but most of them cannot go to college because they're parents cannot afford to pay the tuition fee and i will tell you in Philippines education is very bad, there are no such thing part time job here where you can work and the same time studying, and i also know a lot of friends that not good in academics but very very good in skilled working, like wilding, farming, carpentry, pluming and Cooking and also the unemployment rates in Philippines is so bad I know someone that she kill her self because her parents cannot pay her college and that's how tragic life is,you can also read or watch in your social media that is happening anywhere in the world it so sad to hear this but this true story.
So I came up with ideas to build a skilled school that is free for everyone who is willing to learn and gives them opportunities to enhance and develop some skilled work that they can use in applying for jobs abroad or here in the Philippines.
The school's main goal is to reduce unemployment rates, poverty, and hunger in the Philippines.
Imagine how hard it is in the Philippines. I've been working hard for 6 years and still can't afford the land.
My current job now is as a diving instructor, making jewellery like bracelets, angklets, and necklaces. I also do sewing; I have my own Facebook page called Shop Lokal I'm making fanny bags, backpacks, and hammocks, playing music at night and tattooing, and still, five jobs, and yet it's not enough.
So I'm asking for your generosity and a helping heart. Any amount that would help the building of the School of Hope will do. Being rich is not my thing, I am a very simple human. All I want is to see smiles and give hope to those who strive in life, letting them know there are humans like us who want the world to be a better place for everyone. And i truly hope that this calling will radiate to your families, family relative's, and to your friends.
Please Spread Our Calling ''HOPE''
