TWO-FOLD NEED 

I typically write in my own words as of the reason behind the fundraising for the orphans; But, this time I asked Ester Babirye, Head Caretaker of the children at Grace Foundation Children Care Ministry Orphanage, to write and tell me in her own words of the hopes to very soon own this plot of land behind their home... I have made very minor correction in spelling and punctuation ;-) 

Now to let you Know about the Land on Sale here!

This plot is On for sale... The owner is also still a youth and he is among the youth group that helped us to build this new house .

The Seller wanted $4,571 at first, but as we talked to him and explained everything and he knew how we are financially! He deducted some money and he ended at $3,428
The plot is 50/90fts measurements...

The seller has his mother sick and needs operation /Surgery, so that's the situation here now, many has been coming to see the plot they wanted to buy it but the owner gave us a chance and he said that if we fail to get ways of buying it, we let him know in time so that he can get someone willing to buy it.
 He at least wanted 3quarters of the money and then he will give us some time to look for the balance
His mother needs to go for surgery, as she has cancer.

Well this plot that we want you to help us own it... We use it as our firewood storage, it's where our chicken coop is being built, we can use that space as a playing yard for our children, Car packing incase when we get a visitor with a vehicle... To have a garden in the ground. We can also use it to build other houses and expanding our chicken project, and it's a place our children at the orphanage use to sit and revise there books , we use this place to store our building materials like sand, bricks, concrete, timbers, hardcores and some other things and we still use this same chicken coop as a cement store.

 Well I want to thank everyone for your prayers and donations in this need of buying this adjoining plot at our orphanage, I /we thank the great love your doing for us, may the good Lord richly bless you all our friends!

So you see... the need is great and is a two-fold need. The Orphanage needs it to be able to have some sustainable living to garden and use in ways to greater their independence, to also give more room for the children.  The young boy who is selling it needs it for his mother's surgery in hopes to give her sustainable quality and quantity of life .

Due to all the fee's  taken from Gofundme at time of withdrawal which is $.30 per donation and 2.9% when transferred to bank, and there are the fees for the money transfer with Western Union to Uganda which is not cheap.
