Moving Expenses

Hi my name is Karla Akemann. I have cerebral palsy, epilepsy and I am an Ovarian Cancer Survivor. This year I have had some issues surrounding employment. My first two jobs ended because they couldn't provide me with full time hours.

Also, my second job failed to provide me with my final paycheck until two weeks ago due a company error.

My last job which was full time let me go because they couldn't provide me with the necessary accommodations I needed to do the job. I am eligible for rehire once a 3 day EEG is completed. However, that takes time to schedule because it is done through another company and not my doctor's office.

So, I am currently looking for a new job. I have 3 interviews scheduled for next week.

I need help with January rent, groceries, insurance premiums and catching up on past due bills due to my job situation.

Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.
