Expense to Move After Tree Falls on Home

Around 3AM on Saturday January 27th a tree from our backyard fell onto our house. The tree 75 year old tree weighed about 3 tons. It burst into an upstairs room where Tatyana was with her two baby boys and 4 year old daughter. They were woken up by the sheetrock, shingles, wood, nails, and branches everywhere. The tree fell through the roof, through their ceiling right above where the boys and her slept. We have been renting this home for seven years now. My parents first moved here with me, my brother, and a family friend when I was in middle school. By Sunday afternoon, we were only able to tarp the holes in our ceilings that pierced throughout our home, upstairs, and the dining room. The stairwell is now completely unusable with foundation peeking out in cracked wood and disturbed drywall. Upstairs had two rooms, only held together by a tarp and the remaining infrastructure that are too cold for any of us to sleep in. Because of how old the house is and the damage that's been caused there's now a lack of insulation and water damage. Creating poor living conditions that are here and will be here long after the tree is moved. I tell you all of this to express our need to leave, we are trying to now relocate 7 adults and 3 children. We can't live like this long term.
