Expenses for Buddy Michael's Momma and siblings

Our near and dear friend Misty received the call that no parent ever wants to receive. Her son buddy Michael had unexpectedly passed away sometime early Thursday morning. Misty lives in Iowa and has other children. Misty and the younger children's life have been turned upside down. The last thing she needs to worry about is funding to get to and from to gather things of Buddy's. She has daily expenses on top of the extra expenses from traveling to and from Iowa to Kansas as well as food for her younger babies as well as herself. I am creating this fundraiser to help her have one less worry on her plate as she mourns the loss of her oldest baby boy. If you could possibly help her out she would appreciate it. Buddy was an amazing guy who knew no stranger. Buddy Michael wouldn't want his momma and siblings to stress and worry about expenses.  Buddy Michael Walters, 25, Kansas City, KS passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home.

 Buddy Michael was born on October 20, 1997, in St. Joseph, Missouri the son of Kevin Walters and Misty Phipps. Buddy loved spending time with family and friends. He loved to listen to music and go fishing and was a country boy at heart. Buddy is survived by his sons, Tucker Davis and Nash Walters, St. Joseph, MO; father, Kevin (Tammy) Walters, King City, MO; mother, Misty Phipps (Mike Baldwin), Des Moines, IA; life partner, Savana Warner, Kansas City, KS; siblings, Avery, Camden, Dustin Walters, Epiphany Phipps, Phoenix Steele, Gavyn Baldwin, Hudsyn Baldwin, Sierra and Brianna Kennedy and Shawn Dean; paternal grandparents, Mike and Debbie Walters, King City, MO; maternal grandfather, Ted Phipps, Des Moines, IA; maternal grandmother, Heidi Kirstein, King City, MO; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

    Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 6 at Roberson Funeral Home, King City, MO. Burial will follow in Ford City Cemetery, Ford City, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family to assist with funeral expenses in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
