Expenses to hire an advocate for my kids

Since March of 2019 my children have been dealing with my impending divorce. 
Sixteen months have passed and the divorce process has grown increasingly contentious and hostile.

Recently, new information has come to my attention that warrants the hiring of an advocate specifically for the children.  I have my attorney, my soon-to-be ex has his attorney but who speaks specifically for the children's best interests?

Trying to meet my usual financial obligations in addition to paying my attorney's fees for the seemingly never ending divorce process has strained my finances.  I am requesting funds to aid in the hiring of a court approved advocate for the children.   This is a relatively urgent request as the children's mental health depends on having their basic needs met.

Having this important financial addressed would take so much stress off of my shoulders, allow me to not worry about working  overtime and spending the maximum amount of time with my children during my parenting time.
