Expenses to search for my missing brother

My brother Joseph Rosa was last seen on June 6th, 2020 with his father Thomas Rosa in Orlando FL. They were both traveling together through McAllen, TX to get to Reynosa, Mexico in a red GMC pick up truck. They never made it to their destination and my step fathers phone was found by a stranger in Mexico. Both have been missing for a week now and my mother is doing all she can to find them. Unfortunately, the police are not much help and we have to do most of this alone. My mother needs to go to the Mexican Embassy but it is extremely expensive at the moment and we have very little money. We need help getting my mother's passport expedited, transportation costs to and from Mexico  and any other necessities that will aid in the search for my brother Joseph. It has already been a week since we last heard from the both of them and if we wait any longer it might be too late.
