Expenses while recovering from knee surgery

We've known Sara for the past 5 years and she's always been there to help us. She is a Mother, Grandmother and a good friend. Sara has to undergo double knee surgery and will start on the first knee this week. She will be recovering and taking it slow and unable to work during this time. We hope that this fund will help her be able to relax and recover fully.
