Help Emily Beat Breast Cancer!

Hi everyone,

This is something I never imagined I'd have to write. My wonderful partner Emily has been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. She will be starting chemo soon, and will be unable to work. We are raising money for treatment & medical bills.

If you've ever met Emily, you know she has one of the warmest lights in the universe. She is always kind and caring. She is an animal lover and avid reader. She never takes more than she needs and always puts others before herself. Most of all, she is one tough cookie. She would never want to put anyone out (she's sort of stubborn about it), but I think she'll forgive me this one time.

We are service industry employees, and while we are very good at what we do, we have little in the way of financial security for events like this. Every cent helps, but so do shares & signal boosts! Don't feel obligated to donate. Showing the word helps just as much!

I'll be delivering updates as we move through treatment. I know many of you will have questions (avoid Dr. Google for your own safety), and I'll do my best to answer them all, but please be patient. We're figuring all this out in real time and it is pretty overwhelming.
