West Anchorage Football

This event is to raise awareness of our upcoming trip to represent the state of Alaska in a Football game against Aiea highschool on the island of Oahu. Seldom are young adults given the opportunity to go outside of their community to showcase their passion to portray their excellence and what they take pride in. Taking on this expedition to make it to Hawaii and play one of the top rated programs would allow our athletes to make that dream a reality.

Here In the West Anchorage program we stand on our principle of developing young men into students, athletes and pillars in our community. Spearheading our stellar group of young men is Head Coach Tim Davis who has been leading this program for 15 years. Alongside Coach Davis is a staff is littered with Journey men, Medical professions, Teachers and a slew of former West playing alumni alike all with the goal of betterment the youth, and community commitment through athletics.

We will not just be ambassadors for Alaska on this trip it is paired as a homecoming for a team that is predominantly made of pacific islanders where families and traditions hail. Collectively being less affluent to get themselves there under other circumstances this is a way to bring them home. We are now asking you to be a part of something special for these young men in your community and help them be Alaska's representation this August in Hawaii, not just West highschool but be for Anchorage athletics and the community as a whole.
