Justice for Justin

On February 23, 2024, Justin passed away in Dauphin County Prison. He was scheduled to be released on the same day. Justin was the father of four children, ages, 13, 9, 7 and 3. He was dedicated to his family, had a great sense of humor and was known to be a comedian. Justin would light up a room with his unmatched laugh and infectious smile. The family is asking for support to help give Justin the proper burial that he deserves.
