Help My Mom Fight Aggressive Cancer

Cancer is one of the worst things a human being can go through. Sadly, my mother was diagnosed with two cancerous tumors on her left breast in July of 2024. Both of these tumors are very aggressive. Due to how aggressive they are, they had to also treat it aggressively. She went through multiple rounds of chemo and ended up in the ICU in Amarillo. She had acute renal failure and sepsis. We were in the hospital for 3 months. Since I was with her, my girlfriend and I have been struggling to get back on our feet. We have been paying for all of her utilities, rent, food, treatments, etc., while paying for our own stuff on top of taking care of my sick brother.

Recently, we went to an appointment and they let us know that my mom only had one option, a mastectomy. Since her cancer is so aggressive, that would be the best option. Sadly, she doesn’t have insurance. The surgeon said we could be looking at a payment of $5,000. My mom has no one to rely on besides my girlfriend and me, and it’s such a horrible feeling knowing that you can’t provide for everything even though her life is on the line.
