Eye laser procedure

hello, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, severe retinopathy, I am needing to have another round of laser treatment for my eyes in order to see. I have been selling my guitar equipment to raise the funds but have come up well short. Please help me as I do not want to lose my sight.
