Help Eye on I Open back up!

When the owner of Eye on I died after a year long fight with metastatic colon cancer, we were forced to close the restaurant. Partner and co-creator, Heather Hovey has been fighting to obtain ownership and continue Jeff’s vision.

Since we closed our doors in September of 2023, we have managed to raise funds to transfer ownership, obtain all necessary permits, open new vendor accounts, pay lawyer costs and support our management team through this transition.

We are almost ready to open! We still need help reaching a realistic operating capitol to get us through the first hurtle of re-opening. $25 can buy us a box of lettuce, or help us stock our first aid kit. $50 can buy us a bag of flour, or pay an employee for 2 hours. Any little donation helps us get closer.

The vision for this tiny pizza shop is to provide a space for the community & offer locally sourced whole foods, without the gourmet-dining price tag. A spot for DOPE art, live music, community event space & an alternative dining culture. Think about considering a donation as an investment to the Lompoc and surrounding valley communities.
