Eye Removal Needed

This young formerly feral female kitten was adopted out to a wonderful young lady who is just starting out in life. Shes 21 years old and does not have the resources to pay for this possibly $1,200 enucleation. She has already had a $600 bill concerning this young kitty. She does however want to do all she can so we are only trying to raise a partial amount of what she may need. The estimate has a low and high end.

This kitten was responding well to the meds we were giving here her and also after she went home the eye kept improving. Then it started to bulge much bigger and the vet has determined glaucoma and that the eye needs removal.

We are running this go fund me for her and she prefer to remain anonymous. We will absolutely provide the paid receipt if the surgery happens. If it does not happen, all donations will be refunded! We will pay the vet office DIRECTLY onto her account for this cat only.

I think us running the go fund me may lend less worry from potential donors. People don’t want to worry about donations not going for stated purposes understandably. You may donate and trust someone you personally KNOW but hesitate to someone you don’t.

The truth is if this cat was not adopted out, we would have had t this bill ourselves . I want to add that this young owner in no way implied we had any responsibility in this bill. She made sure to tell us she knew it was her responsibility. This makes us all the more determined to try to help her. ❤️
